Outstanding People and Leaders Celebrated in Boca Raton at the 2011 Rotary Opal Awards

As co-chair of the 2011 Opal Awards, Ingrid Fulmer was proud to work with her fellow Rotarians to honor outstanding community leaders in five categories. The event was the most successful OPAL Awards night ever, bringing the community together to recognize these leaders and raise money for the Rotary scholarship program.
