  Palm Beach County, FL (Feb, 2014) – Ingrid Fulmer, Executive Vice President of Office Leasing with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Boca Raton, has been named the number one commercial sales associate in Florida for 2013. The list is based upon the gross commission income from year-to-date leases or sales.

  Ingrid Fulmer is a commercial real estate expert with over 30 years of experience in commercial office leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. In her career, Fulmer has represented either the tenant or the landlord in over 18,600,000 sq. ft. of property negotiations representing over $2.2 billion in real estate transactions. A few notable leases signed in 2013 included Boston Proper Inc./Chicos FAS for a 65,000 sq.ft. corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, D.R. Horton, Inc., Brinkley Morgan, PA, Jonathan Brooks, PA, Renaissance Health Publishing and American Friends of Magen David Adom.

  Fulmer has consistently been ranked as a Top Real Estate Producer, and earned the 2007 designation of number one sales associate in the southern region for Coldwell Banker Commercial. She also received the Real Estate Forums Women of Influence Award during 2012 and 2013.
